Alabama football fans seeking tickets and travel accomodations to the College Football Playoff have options through AAA Alabama.
As it has in recent years of the Crimson Tide’s success, AAA Alabama is offering a variety of travel package options for the approaching semifinal playoff game in Miami, Florida, and the playoff finale in Santa Clara, California.
These packages can be booked by contacting a AAA Travel Agent at 205-444-8888 or by visiting AAA.com/Football.
Since hotel and game tickets may be limited, AAA Alabama encourages early booking. But if a national championship package is purchased and the University of Oklahoma upsets the Crimson Tide on Dec. 29, then the buyer’s credit card will not be charged.
Packages can be altered to fit specific needs through a variety of available options, including tickets (from end zone seats to those along the 30- to 50-yard lines), airfare, hotel accommodations and local transfers.
For the national championship game on Jan. 7, there will be a non-stop charter flight from Birmingham — and possibly one from Mobile — to San Francisco and back.
Costs for the College Football Playoff game at the Orange Bowl package, which runs from Dec. 27-Dec. 30, starts at $750 per person, based on a two-guest room, with game tickets ranging from $650 to $1,600 each.
Prices for the national championship package, from Jan. 5-Jan. 8, begin at $2,419 per person for travel and hotel, based on a double occupancy room, with game tickets starting at $1,250 each.
These packages are available to AAA members and non-members alike.
