The Vols are yet to win against a quality opponent under Jeremy Pruitt. The three 2018 wins are against East Tennessee State, Texas El-Paso and Auburn. The Vols lost by more than three touchdowns to West Virginia, Florida and Georgia.

What to expect
The Vols are riding high after last week’s upset of Auburn. Jeremy Pruitt has instilled fight in his team and they are not expected to back down against the Alabama Crimson Tide.
There are not likely to be many surprises on Saturday. Pruitt knows the Tide players well and the Tide coaches know his play-calling propensities.
Alabama football might have up to five new starters against the Vols. The personnel adjustments should enhance, rather than impede the Crimson Tide moving to 8-0.
