
One of Alabama’s top reserve defensive linemen was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
LaBryan Ray, who just completed his sophomore season, was booked by the Tuscaloosa Police Department on Friday, according to the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff Office’s arrest database.
Bond was set at $500, while details of his arrest were not immediately available.
This past season, Ray appeared in all 15 games and had one start while playing 326 snaps, collecting 39 tackles and contributing 2.5 sacks.
A five-star recruit out of Madison, the former James Clemens standout was the top-rated player in Alabama back in 2017.
