Earlier this week, Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts put his name in the transfer portal, suggesting he’s considering a transfer from the Crimson Tide. This move was expected after Tua Tagovailoa grabbed the starting job with a stellar performance in the second half of the 2017 national title game against Georgia.
With Hurts entering his final year of eligibility, he likely wants to go out as a starter, rather than a backup. In order to do that, he’ll be leaving the Alabama program.
But where will he go?
According to several reports, Hurts has two visits scheduled for this weekend. He’s currently in Maryland where his former offensive coordinator at Alabama is the new head coach of the Terrapins.

After his visit with Locksley, Hurts is reportedly set to visit Miami, where Alabama’s former quarterbacks coach Dan Enos is the new offensive coordinator.
Oklahoma is also seen as a potential landing spot for the top transfer quarterback, but no visit has been scheduled.
