Alabama coaches selected eight — technically nine — players of the week after the team’s win over Missouri on Saturday.
Running back Josh Jacobs
Jacobs ran for 52 yards on nine carries, averaging a team-best 5.8 yards per carry. Four of Jacobs’ nine runs produced first downs.
Wide receiver Jerry Jeudy
Jeudy had three catches for a career-high 147 yards and a touchdown. He had an 81-yard touchdown catch on the second play from scrimmage.
Right tackle Jedrick Wills
Wills, the SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week, graded out at a career-best 91 percent. He had four knockdown blocks and didn’t allow any sacks or quarterback pressures.
Outside linebacker Christian Miller
Miller posted three tackles, 1.5 stops for a loss, a pass breakup and three quarterback pressures.
Cornerback Saivion Smith
Smith had two interceptions and four tackles.
Defensive lineman Quinnen Williams
Williams recorded seven tackles, a team-high two stops for a loss, a sack for a safety and two additional quarterback pressures.
Inside linebacker Mack Wilson
Wilson posted a team-high 11 tackles, including 1.5 stops for a loss and his first career sack.
Kicker Joseph Bulovas
Bulovas was 3 of 4 on field goals.
Jacobs had a 50-yard kick return and averaged 29.3 yards per return on his three kick returns.
