Former College Football Head Coach Spotted At Alabama Today

Last weekend, the No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide continued its winning ways against Mississippi State. With the Citadel Bulldogs making the trip to Tuscaloosa this Saturday, Nick Saban and his staff will look to improve to 11-0 on the season.

Although the Crimson Tide seem perfectly fine on both sides of the football, it appears they brought in a visitor today that could add assistance. While the reasoning behind his trip to Alabama is unclear, former head coach Rich Rodriguez was at the facility.

Considering the program’s history of revitalizing coaches’ careers, maybe Rodriguez will be next in line.

Rodriguez spent six seasons with the Arizona Wildcats, finishing with an overall record of 43-35. However, he was fired from the university after facing sexual harassment allegations.

Once again, there’s no telling why he’s currently at Alabama’s facility, but we can’t rule out the possibility of him receiving another opportunity.

At the very least, Saban could be searching for more creativity on offense, despite averaging 48.6 points per game.

Stay tuned.
